If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us by emailing sales@ilovemylife.com.au OR phone/texting Libby on 0412 044 558 within 14 days of your receipt of the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and returned in the original packaging or equivalent.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within a further 7 days; or advise you that we do not accept the item for refund or exchange, and the reasons for that decision.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7 days.
Note: sale items and custom made-to-measure items can only be returned or exchanged if they are faulty - they cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.
